So… A Friday…
Like every Friday this quarter, I stayed in bed late. But today I did something different: I worked out. I woke up, showered, got ready, and headed for breakfast! Where does working out come in? After I’ve eaten, of course. I had alfredo pasta. It was good.
After I had eat (Or maybe during. I don’t really know), I realized I lefgt my keys in my room. I thought, “Meh, I can get temp keys later” but I decided against it and got them.
And so I walked to the IMA (Intramural something) and started. I got onto this running thingy that lets you go forwards or backwards and adjust your incline level. I did 10 minutes of forward, 10 minutes of backwards, then 10 minutes of forwards again. I kept my heartrate to like, 180-190 the whole time. I felt good. According to the machine, I burned like 400 calories and ran about 3.5 miles. I know I’m slow, so shut up.
After running, I decided to work out my already sore arms and chest. They were sore from working out 2 days ago, but I only started blogging about my day yesterday, so you didn’t know that. I worked some chest and triceps first with one of those pushing machines. Then I got some biceps in and called it a day.
I took a different route back to my dorm (partly because the normal way made me take a u-turn, so I thought a new way would be shorter). It was more direct, but sadly it had hella stairs. I know it’s the same distance up either way, but the longer way made it more gradual. I heard my legs cry. Man do I hate stairs.
So I get to my dorm and find that they’re cleaning the bathroom like usual. I’m thinking, “Hey, no big deal. They’ll probably finish early like usual.” No such luck. They were in there until like 1:50, 10 minutes before I usually head to class. So I take a quicky shower with even quicker scrubs and get the hell out of there.
History of Christianity: my only class on Fridays. Today, we got back out midterms. I was scared because the prof was like, “Lots of you missed a load of points because you didn’t cover all the things we asked you to.” I was pretty happy when I saw I got a 2.7. That’s like a B- or C+ or something. A good start to get out of academic warning.
So, if you read down a bit in my blog, you’ll see that my laptop is broken. So after HoC, I went to find the computer fixing place called eBits I found on the internet. I nearly went right past it. But I did indeed find it, but then I found out they needed to have my laptop for like 3 days, which I can’t afford to do due to essays and stuff. I said I’d be back when I had more time, so they’re ready for me.

So, I’m chillin for a long ass time. I had arranged to meet this guy to buy his camera. But that was waaaaay later in the day. 8pm, to be precise. It was only like 4:30pm. I don’t know how I killed all that time, but I have a feeling laundry and CollegeHumor had something to do with it. Oh yeah, my Jake and Amir shirt is sooooo legit. I wish I had 7 different colors so I could wear it every day.
Anyways, at like 7pm I left for Starbucks, where I said I’d meet the dude. One the say, I met Ryan who was returning to his dorm. Man, it seems we run into each other a whole lot these days. It’s pretty crazy. He wanted me to come up to his dorm with him and play Left 4 Dead. I said I was going to meet this guy to buy a camera. He accompanied me in hopes I’d go to his dorm. When I said I probably wasn’t, he left saddened.
When I got to Starbucks, I had a chai tea and had a nice text conversation with Jamie. Actually, we had been texting since like 5pm because of a comment I made on one of her notes on Facebook. Nothing bad, though, so get that out of your heads. Anyways, we texted for the hour I was at Starbucks, and then Zach, the guy with the camera, texted me and said he was here, and in a green jacket. I look outside and there he is.
So, he shows me the camera. I thought he’d just bring the camera and USB cord, but he brought the whole box and everything it came with. I was pleasantly surprised. I tested it out and everything seemed great, so I paid the man and got my camera! Pretty good deal, too. $50 for an Olympus X-845. Pretty new, too. He said he’d only taken about 20 pictures before he got his newer and better camera. Lucky for me, eh?

Anyways, now I’m here writing this blog. This one didn’t have as many pictures because I didn’t really do anything I could Google image search for, but now that I got a camera, I’ll take pictures of whatever I do.
*Person I mentioned*
Jamie: A girl I’ve known since high school. I think she’s part Philipino and Chinese. She was sorta mean to me in high school, but now that we’re out of high school, she’s a lot nicer. Probably because I’m so damn ruggedly handsome =P
